Working With You

I hope that as an experienced outsider, who is perceptive and supportive that I can help support you to identify and reach the goals you set in therapy. I do not believe that “one size fits all” ; I am passionate about creating individualised therapy plans for each of my clients and working collaboratively towards therapeutic goals. I work as an integrative practitioner, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, whilst also using systemic and integrative therapeutic approaches. I am used to working within a short time framework, providing maximum interventions in minimum time but equally I am happy to see clients on a long term basis.  I understand that is not always possible to meet for sessions during the week and offers weekend appointments, Skype and Facetime consultations.
